Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse directly to you using a tracked service.

Tracking details can be found on the 'order dispatched' email.

Orders placed before 12pm AEDT weekdays will be dispatched the same day or within 24 hours after 12pm, except during peak periods.

Australia

Standard shipping (5-8 business days) rates start at $8.95 Australia-wide. Australia Post Express shipping (1-2 business days) rates start at $15.50. Please check rates calculator at checkout for a more accurate forecast.

All orders over $180 are free within Australia.

New Zealand

DHL Express (2-4 business days)
Orders over AU$180: FREE
Orders under AU$180: AU$20

United States of America & United Kingdom

DHL Express (3-5 business days)

Orders under AU$180: AU$40

Germany & Italy

DHL Express (3-5 business days)

Delivery times are estimates only and exclude our dispatch timeframe, any time in customs and uncontrollable delays.

If you refuse a shipment or your shipment is returned to sender a AU$50 fee will be deducted from your refund once your order has been received back.

Please inspect your products when you accept delivery of them. You are required to note any damage or missing items and notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will not be liable for any missing items or damage to any of the products unless we are notified within the time period specified above.

When orders shipped from Australia reach your destination or country they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Shape of Eve cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. 

If you refuse a shipment or your shipment is returned to sender a fee will be deducted from your refund once your order has been received back. The fee is AU$20 for Australian customers, AU$30 for New Zealand customers and AU$50 for international customers.
